Frequently Asked Questions

  • We determine the height of your lawn based on several factors, one being the time of year. At the beginning of the spring season, we will typically mow it at a lower height. Transitioning into summer, we will cut your grass higher to accomodate for the heat. Moving into the fall months, we will slowly begin to cut the lawn a little shorter each week. If you would like your lawn cut higher or shorter at any time please let our crews know before they begin, or shoot us an email, phone call, or text. We will do our very best to cut your lawn to the height you prefer. For bi-weekly cuts, this can be more challenging during certain times of the year.

  • No one has to be home when your property is being mowed! However, we need access to all areas that are due for servicing. For backyards with a lock system, please unlock prior to the mowing service.

  • For many of our services, such as mowing, sod, mulching, and weed & insect treatment, we will start by measuring the square footage of the area needing service. From there we can determine the price.

    Other services such as landscape design, tree bush trimming, and Christmas lights:

    • Mowing- We use google maps to measure the square footage of the area. Our prices are based on this measurement as well as frequency of service. However, overgrown lawns may have additional cost.

    • Landscape Design- We will work together to create your design and then factor in the cost of materials and labor to determine pricing.

    • Christmas Lights- Installation and removal prices start at $250 for one-story homes and $450 for two-story homes.

    • Bush & Tree Trimming- We will do a in person evaluation to determine the pricing.

  • Our lawn mowing service includes a lawn inspection, mowing, edging/ weed-eating, and blowing from curb to alleyway. Any areas of your lawn that require special attention will be identified by our lawn professionals and addressed accordingly.

  • If there is any property damaged by our crew, please contact us immediately at (214) 998-7707 so we can make a timely and professional repair at our expense. A manager will come to document and confirm the damage of the property. We cannot honor any request for repair expenses for damaged property that we were not made aware of and allowed the opportunity to rectify beforehand. If we are unable to repair the problem professionally, we will make arrangements to hire someone who is qualified.

  • Billing occurs every time we finish the work you requested for most of our services. When it is a landscaping design, we charge 50% before we start and the remaining 50% after we finish the project. We accept cash, checks, and online payments through Jobber!

  • Please inform us before your scheduled mow of any pets that may be left outside during your service day. We strongly recommend leaving your pets indoors when we come to service your yard to prevent any possible issues! Please pick up all pet droppings, toys, large bones, large rocks, etc. to avoid any possible injury or property damage. If you would like us to take care of your waste removal we can do that for an additional cost!
